You’ve made the initial decision to attend a marketing conference in 2017. You’ve googled, researched and asked for advice. You may even have read our about the best marketing conferences in the UK in 2017 (Reviews/Ratings). But you’ve heard about a new UK conference taking place later this year and can’t help yourself from comparing Youpreneur Summit vs CMA Live.
We know because we’ve been asked the question: Which one is best for me?
Whether you have registered for one conference and not the other, or yet to decide whether to attend either, we love that you were open enough to ask what we think.
The thing is, we’re good friends with Chris Ducker who is organising the Youpreneuer Summit, and he is speaking at CMA Live on 8th and 9th June.
Not only that, many of our CMA Members are also Youpreneur members…you get the picture.
The answer is quite simple. We think you should go to both.
But let’s share all the facts to help you make that decision. We think you’ll agree with us.
Chris Ducker marks his return to the UK, with his very first Youpreneur Summit.
When – Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th November (2017).
Location – Taking place at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London. This prestigious and historic venue is just a five-minute walk from Big Ben and directly opposite Westminster Abbey.
Price – Super Early Bird Tickets are currently priced at £400, though no date is given re: what price these will increase to post this offer. Note that no payment plans are available.
The price includes refreshments during both days but does not include lunch.
Who it’s aimed at – with a focus on “building, marketing and monetizing” the event is pitched at “anyone that wants to build a powerful profitable online business”. From business owners to bloggers, podcasters and consultants.
Speakers – The conference speaker list consists of two groups. 4 Keynote Speakers and 8 Power Session speakers. This is in addition to sessions from Chris himself and around 2 hours of mastermind group sessions each day.
The four keynote speakers are Pat Flynn (Smart Passive Income), John Lee Dumas (EOFire), Matthew Kimberley (Single Malt Mastermind) and John Jantsch (Duct Tape Marketing). While power session speakers including individuals such as Carrie Green (Female Entrepreneurs Association), Amy Schmittauer (Savvy Sexy Social), Colin Gray (The Podcast Host) and Joanna Penn (The Creative Penn).
You can find the full list of speakers across the two days here.
Community – Chris also runs a successful paid community of Youpreneurs. With an international membership, we’d expect many to make the trip to London for this event.
Reviews – As this is its first year, there aren’t’ yet any reviews for this event. However, Chris Ducker has run the successful Tropical Think Tank over the past few years. A quick search on google and you can find lots of great reviews across the web like this one from The Merrymaker Sisters – http://themerrymakersisters.com/tropical-think-tank/

So Youpreneur Summit vs CMA Live? Which is Best?
Honestly, we think you should go to both…
International speakers, world-class experts, great venues and you know both events are going to attract a group of people you’ll enjoy spending time with you. So why aren’t you attending both?
Each conference is several months apart and offering great value. If you commit to actioning the advice and expertise from each, can you really say you won’t generate a return on investment?
The reality is, it’s four days out of your business in the year. Correction. It’s four days out of your business, working on your business. As a business owner and entrepreneur, surely your business deserves it?
If you are a business owner in the UK, you will know that you usually have to travel to the USA or further afield to get to events like CMA Live and Youpreneur Summit.
The two Chris’ are doing an amazing job to bring to the UK the best people from all over the world, and give the UK business people access to the best talent directly on their doorstep.
