How we use allthings
We use allthings mainly for content scheduling and it plays a central role in our communication, given that the team work remotely. allthings is vital for us to keep on top of the weekly tasks and allows us to facilitate assigning new tasks to a team member, having discussions around a particular task, asking each other questions, and sharing web links, videos and documents that we think might be useful. It is also good for keeping track of how many hours of work you have done and how many more you have for that week/project/task.
One of the other big benefits for us is the elimination of emails – there’s really no reason for us to send emails to each other anymore! I’m not sure how you feel about emails, but we’re not huge fans.
