Why do I have to pay for a call?
You will have noticed that booking a call is not something we do for free. I’m sure you can appreciate that time is something that we can’t get back; once we’ve spent our time, it’s gone forever. As a service provider, our time, expertise and knowledge is the value we offer, and this is what people pay for.
What will we cover on our call?
It’s completely up to you what you want to cover on our call, but it’s best to prepare to get the most out of our call.

Why a call and not a meeting?
This is a good question with a simple answer. We could meet in a convenient location, but here’s the thing – it’s a real waste of time. If you and I have to drive for an hour (30 mins there and 30 mins back) to a coffee shop or meeting room near by that’s a total of 2 hours of time wasted. The fact is that we don’t need to waste this valuable time. If we have a super focussed call we don’t have to leave our office and we can save that hour or so and put it to better use. In turn, this allows us to keep the costs as low as possible.
When and how do I pay for my call?
Once you have booked your call an invoice will be sent to you. Once this has been paid (BACS) your call date and time will be confirmed.
What if I just have one simple question?
Perhaps you don’t want to plan in a full 30 minute call and you have a burning question. If so, please simply get in touch with me and I’ll get back to you when I can.
What will we cover during our call?
You may be wondering exactly what we can cover during a call, and you’ll be amazed at just how much value you will receive from a single session.
The main objective is for me to listen to your thoughts, ideas and challenges, and help you to get clarity on these aspects. The outcome should be a set of actions for you to take forward.
You will get far more from the call if you come prepared with notes, and if you have sent me your notes in advance.
